  • •Troubleshoot, remove, replace, diagnose, and repair electronic, electromechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and optic systems to keep equipment in top working order.
  • •Read programmable controller information and use schematic diagrams to diagnose complex problems; repair AC/DC motor controls and related components.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance such as cleaning and lubrication of molding machines and equipment; modify, repair, and rebuild plant machinery and equipment.
  • •Accurately log work performed, keep work areas clean, operate a forklift safely, and perform safety procedures including lockout/tagout.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years industrial maintenance/manufacturing experience, technical school, and/or an Associates degree.
  • •Strong PLC programming skills and familiarity with operation/troubleshooting of PLC programming.
  • •Ability to read and troubleshoot using schematic diagrams, equipment manuals, and work orders.
  • •Extensive knowledge with electrical, hydraulic, and injection molding machines.
  • •Ability to safely perform lockout/tagout procedures and follow safety programs (PPE, hazard communication, electrical safety).
