Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and implement supply chain processes for packaging and printing to guarantee service quality to Hermès entities.
  • •Pilot and optimize physical and information flows considering supplier capacities, production commitments, stocks and site priorities.
  • •Coordinate ERP functional activities, model the current and target processes, and support project phases including UAT and operational deployment.
  • •Set and drive the supply chain roadmap to improve efficiency; manage supplier relationships and medium-term visibility.
  • •Manage performance indicators, supervise stocks/production/deliveries, and lead and develop a team of 8 people (including 3 direct reports).

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (Bac +5) in an engineering or business school with a specialization in supply chain.
  • •10 years of supply chain experience (forecasting, planning, etc.), including significant people-management experience.
  • •Experience implementing an ERP project is ideal.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to reach compromises.
  • •Proficiency with business tools (Excel, PowerQuery, PowerPivot, Power BI) and knowledge of an ERP tool (M3, SAP…).
