Lead the Supply Chain for packaging and printed materials, driving end-to-end processes from forecasting to production planning and supplier coordination. Key Responsibilities

•Define and implement the supply chain processes for Packaging and Printed Materials to ensure quality service across Hermès entities (Metiers, Central Logistics, Network).
•Coordinate and optimize physical and information flows to meet operational efficiency targets while considering packaging needs, supplier capacity, production commitments, stock levels and site priorities.
•Contribute to ERP project deployment by coordinating teams across all project phases (pre-requisites, general design, detailed design, UAT, deployment).
•Lead and develop the supply chain teams and work closely with stakeholders (Metiers, Logistics, HDTI) on cross-functional projects to improve processes and drive transversal collaboration.
•Manage forecasts, planning, stock management and procurement horizon (1-4 months) in coordination with production and suppliers; monitor performance indicators and implement corrective actions.

Key Requirements

•Formation: Bac+5 (engineering or business school) with supply chain specialization
•10 years of experience in supply chain (forecasting, planning, etc.), with significant management experience
•Experience in implementing or coordinating an ERP project (e.g., SAP, M3)
•Strong communication, synthesis, teamwork, and organizational skills; ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
•Proficiency with tools: ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Power BI) and ability to manage stakeholders across functions
