Job Summary

Shape Finxact’s Applied Intelligence capabilities by partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Analyze feedback and usage metrics to identify product opportunities, support agile delivery, and drive cross-functional launches. Build and run AI evaluation frameworks (Evals) to benchmark model behavior, retrieval quality, and agent performance for reliable, trustworthy AI-assisted experiences.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Product Owners and Engineering to define and deliver Finxact’s Applied Intelligence suite
•Collaborate with users and stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and AI opportunities
•Gather and document requirements, translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria, and support backlog refinement
•Analyze customer feedback, usage metrics, and market trends to identify product improvements and innovation
•Create and execute AI evaluation frameworks (Evals) to benchmark model behavior, retrieval quality, and agent performance

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, consulting, technology, or a related role
•2+ years working in Agile development environments
•Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into user stories or functional specifications
•Demonstrated interest in AI technologies, including leveraging AI tools to solve real business problems
•Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience), and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
