Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Product Owners and Engineering to define and deliver Finxact’s Applied Intelligence suite
  • •Collaborate with users and stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and AI opportunities
  • •Gather and document requirements, translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria, and support backlog refinement
  • •Analyze customer feedback, usage metrics, and market trends to identify product improvements and innovation
  • •Create and execute AI evaluation frameworks (Evals) to benchmark model behavior, retrieval quality, and agent performance

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, consulting, technology, or a related role
  • •2+ years working in Agile development environments
  • •Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into user stories or functional specifications
  • •Demonstrated interest in AI technologies, including leveraging AI tools to solve real business problems
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience), and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
