Job Summary

Serve as the face of the branch by building lasting customer relationships and providing trusted financial advice. Recommend and refer products and solutions for spending, saving, borrowing, and investing, while introducing customers to digital and mobile-first banking tools. Partner with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking for more complex needs, make outbound calls to acquire customers, and schedule financial checkup appointments—following all policies, cash-handling practices, and applicable laws.

Key Requirements

•High school degree or GED required.
•2 years of sales and customer service experience with the ability to meet or exceed goals.
•Ability to ask questions, identify needs, and improve the customer relationship.
•Proven ability to build relationships and recommend/referral products and services through in-person and phone interactions.
•Demonstrated digital technology skills, ability to problem-solve, and ability to work branch hours (including weekends and evenings) while meeting SAFE Act and NMLS requirements.
