Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of Global Network Banking (GNB) clients and acquire, retain, and grow new relationships while meeting Group values, policies, regulatory requirements, and risk practices.
  • •Build and win long-term customer relationships; generate sustainable revenue through portfolio growth and targeted acquisition.
  • •Maintain proactive relationship-building, customer contact plans, pipeline management, and timely, accurate maintenance of customer information on systems.
  • •Structure credit facilities to optimize the balance of customer and HSBC interests within prudent banking boundaries; ensure superior returns within client risk appetite.
  • •Collaborate with product partners and risk management teams to match customer needs, validate risk profiles, support asset growth, and deliver service excellence; ensure AML and sanctions training completion.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of relevant experience in client management and corporate banking roles.
  • •Strong commercial lending skills, including credit and lending knowledge, trade products, key market sectors, and local regulatory environment.
  • •Ability to work fast in tight deadlines and handle competing priorities.
  • •Minimum Graduation (or as required for the role) to meet education requirements.
