Lead day-to-day operations for a The North Face retail store, driving business performance, exceptional customer experience, and a high-performing, inclusive team culture. Manage people leadership across hiring and performance, coach staff on customer service and product knowledge, and resolve escalated customer concerns. Oversee sales goals, KPIs, scheduling, expense control, loss prevention, merchandising, inventory/shipping/receiving, and support local marketing and community events to grow traffic and brand awareness.
