Estimator - Oakville, Ontario

Prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates and support bid/proposal submissions for Alternative Delivery Model projects. Analyze quantities, pricing, and labor costs; forecast project financial outcomes; and coordinate with internal teams, customers, and subcontractors. Represent the company in negotiations around contracts and change orders, manage pursuit schedules and proposal documentation, and support contract administration with the Project Superintendent while following procurement and compliance requirements.
