Key Responsibilities

  • •Define a streamlined end-to-end manufacturing industrialization process with clear deliverables, milestones, inputs/outputs, quality expectations, and value.
  • •Participate in new product development core teams to provide technical influence for design for manufacturability (Concurent Engineering / DFM).
  • •Drive cost and capacity estimation for non-recurring engineering/tooling and manufacturing processes, including facilities, machines, tools, and materials.
  • •Lead and/or participate in project teams (IPT) to coordinate engineering and multidisciplinary efforts to develop and continuously improve manufacturing processes.
  • •Qualify new suppliers and collaborate with suppliers to ensure UAV parts can be manufactured using the required processes and methods.

  • •Contribute technical influence to ensure products are designed for manufacturability through concurrent engineering and DFM.
