Job Summary

Oversee daily operations of the hotel’s reservations department, ensuring efficient booking processes and accurate inventory across PMS and CRS. Key Responsibilities

•Supervise and lead reservation agents, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
•Support scheduling, onboarding, and continuous training on PMS, call etiquette, and upselling techniques.
•Monitor call/email quality and booking entries to ensure brand compliance and high service standards.
•Manage inventory and channel accuracy in PMS and CRS, including rate parity and availability audits across OTAs, GDS, and direct engines.
•Handle escalations for VIP bookings, guest complaints, and group booking adjustments; support upselling and produce daily/weekly reports while ensuring secure billing and deposits.

•Provide exceptional customer service while managing reservation inquiries by call and email.
