Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and maintain ICT engineering solutions that support operational and business requirements.
  • •Deliver ICT projects and technical tasks within agreed schedules and budgets.
  • •Provide Level 3 help desk support: investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests in line with SLA requirements.
  • •Monitor, test, and deploy security patches; harden systems and maintain system security and compliance.
  • •Deploy software builds/releases across development, testing, and production environments, and maintain ICT infrastructure and associated support environments.

Key Requirements

  • •Australian citizenship and minimum Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) security clearance.
  • •A degree in ICT or Engineering.
  • •3-4 years of demonstrated experience in ICT engineering roles implementing ICT infrastructure and system solutions.
  • •Experience providing Level 3 support in a service management environment, including troubleshooting and incident resolution.
  • •Knowledge of security patch management, system hardening, and software deployment/release management (including experience with COTS applications).
