Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage accounts receivable tasks including account master management, credit check, credit line and security management, and receivable matching according to process
  • •Perform fixed asset account book management including acquisition, change management (transfer/sell/disuse), depreciation, and distinguishing between profit expenditure and capital expenditure based on an investment plan
  • •Manage accounts payable by understanding payment standards and process, managing contracts, and verifying/proposing payments
  • •Plan and manage department operating expenses and handle daily closing, including processing MyFinance expenditure categories and paying to employees’ bank accounts

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience
  • •Comply with company policies and procedures to develop professional expertise
  • •Analyze situations/data of moderate scope and review various factors to determine appropriate action
  • •Follow general instructions on routine work; receive detailed instructions on new projects/assignments
