Key Responsibilities

  • •Process chicks, including cleaning/sanitizing processing areas and equipment as essential duties.
  • •Operate a robot to vaccinate and beak trim approximately 2,000 chicks per hour per customer order.
  • •Perform toe trim, and perform dubbing on combs and dotting heads for identification purposes as required.
  • •Stack and move processed chick boxes (approximately 600 boxes).
  • •Support order fulfillment by reading to fill orders, writing flock numbers, counting birds, and performing other duties such as mixing vaccine and using hoses.
