Job Summary

Lead the creation and delivery of rich front-end experiences, managing a team of HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS developers and owning clients’ technical delivery. Partner with server-side technical leads and other discipline leads to integrate complex client-side applications, set quality standards, and ensure responsive web pages are built to visual briefs. Act as escalation point, coach the team, align client expectations, and define distributed development strategy across onshore, offshore, and remote teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with delivery leads across Tech, Project Management, QA, and Resource Management while ensuring compliance with Hogarth production processes.
•Serve as point of escalation for project issues; resolve quickly and communicate effectively to stakeholders.
•Coach and develop the team with regular performance reviews; manage hiring, briefs, interviewing, and approval of freelancers.
•Set and manage client expectations, coordinate agreed workflows, and maintain delivery against contractual obligations including SLAs and KPIs.
•Draft and present timelines, documents, and reports; manage quarterly budgets and oversee forecasting impact on GAD/CSD and FD.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 12 years of project management experience, including 2 years leading a team.
•Advanced communication, negotiation, and influencing skills for client and internal senior stakeholder meetings.
•High competence in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Omniplan) and experience with costing, quotations, and project scope definition.
•Strong cross-functional experience building relationships between business units, technology, product, media, agency, and design teams.
•Technical understanding of mobile and web technologies (e.g., iOS/Android, HTML5/CSS/JavaScript) and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
