Key Responsibilities

  • •Install telematics systems and devices on vehicles, construction equipment, heavy equipment, and customer assets.
  • •Operate machinery during installation for testing purposes.
  • •Remove and replace ignition systems and integrate communication between keypad and telematics systems.
  • •Handle installation scenarios from basic wiring (power, ignition, ground) to complex custom wiring harnesses for CAN network access.
  • •Identify and resolve problems and travel to client sites or EquipmentShare rental yards for installation cases.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent; Trade School Certificate preferred.
  • •Mechanical aptitude and strong hands-on skills with tools.
  • •Hard-working, eager to learn, and mechanically inclined.
  • •Experience in a related field (e.g., electrician, HVAC tech, car audio installer) and/or Mobile Electronics Installer experience.
  • •Own tools; attention to detail and ability to pass a background check; open to travel within 250 miles for up to a week at a time.
