Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive key strategic growth initiatives impacting the Hong Kong Business, supporting definition through business case development and execution.
  • •Support market strategy and financial planning with Hong Kong CEO, business leadership, and infrastructure teams.
  • •Act as a subject matter expert in problem solving, design thinking, and strategic planning to enable business strategic review and long-term planning across domains.
  • •Lead collaboration and sustainability efforts, including development of sustainability strategy and managing stakeholder relationships for ESG/mobile/AI themes.
  • •Organize and lead Chief of Staff activities, coordinate and draft governance/Board materials, maintain CEO scorecards, benchmark competitors, and coach team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong background in the financial services industry, with beneficial understanding of Retail and Wealth products.
  • •Very strong understanding of Hong Kong banking and the implications of major policy developments.
  • •Strong collaboration and persuasive skills to influence and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • •Analytical skills to process complex information and synthesize themes and issues.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is beneficial.
