Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor within the Key Private Client Program, managing the full client relationship using a plan-based approach to financial wellness. Build client referral pipelines, prospect through disciplined calling and networking, and deliver tailored recommendations by referring investment and insurance solutions. Open personal and business accounts, support branch operations, ensure compliance and proper documentation, and collaborate with internal partners to deepen relationships.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide client solutions for financial wellness by listening for opportunities and referring appropriate investment and insurance products.
•Build and maintain a client referral pipeline through identification and development of internal and external centers of influence; document calling efforts.
•Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services and competitive offerings to support meaningful conversations.
•Open personal and business accounts and assist with branch operations, including client transactions on the Teller line as needed.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and properly document client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED (or equivalent experience) and the ability to deliver on sales and referral goals in insurance and investment products.
•Foundational sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and ask fact-finding questions with clients.
•Demonstrated ability to influence business partners and leverage centers of influence (including Key Investment Services, Mortgage, and Business Banking).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office such as Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
