Key Responsibilities

•Lead and oversee health and safety of assigned country contracts; ensure high standards of HSE practices are upheld by contracts and operations teams.
•Manage and oversee contracts to defined standards for HSE compliance, including statutory and SMS compliance.
•Develop and mentor team members, ensuring workload is allocated effectively and activities are completed on time and to a high standard.
•Ensure accurate entry and management of QHSE data within Serco and regulatory systems, with timely reporting of performance metrics.
•Travel within Europe and be flexible with working hours to support contracts, including potential out-of-hours work.

Key Requirements

•NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
•ISO knowledge and understanding
•Full, clean driving licence is essential
•Experience with management systems and ISO standard assessments
•Experience in managing a team or function
