Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide broad-based legal support to attorneys, including research, drafting legal/business communications, and internal systems support.
  • •Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, and court decisions; compile data and recommend resolutions to legal questions.
  • •Draft legal documents such as correspondence, contracts, patent applications, resolutions, and other pleadings.
  • •Prepare moderately complex discovery and litigation materials including depositions, outlines/questions, motions, pleadings, subpoenas, orders, and briefs.

Key Requirements
