Key Responsibilities

  • •Work in production for the tube and core division while following quality and safety policies.
  • •Collaborate with other departments and troubleshoot problems and situations.
  • •Monitor and report quality of manufactured product, making incremental process adjustments.
  • •Set up new jobs and train on other lines and in other departments.
  • •Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area, including downtime cleaning and straightening.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
  • •Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a “get it done” attitude and urgency to resolve problems.
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed and perform repetitive duties, including standing for long periods.
  • •Previously held a Forklift Certification and can safely operate a forklift.
  • •Working knowledge of products and their quality requirements, including ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions.
