  • •Lead power solution development to support system and platform requirements from concept through production.
  • •Drive power solution development, influence power architecture and technology direction, and provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams, suppliers, and technology partners.
  • •Collaborate with platform and architecture teams on power feature definition, technology evaluation, and future roadmap planning.
  • •Engage with technology partners and suppliers to evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovative power solutions.
  • •Provide technical oversight for AC/DC and DC/DC development teams at Dell or ODMs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 164,000 - 225,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong knowledge of electrical/electronic engineering, especially analog and digital circuitry design for power applications.
  • •Experience with CAD and simulation tools such as MATLAB, SPICE, and Allegro.
  • •Deep understanding of power topologies, power conversion technologies, component applications, and power management architectures (including data center power infrastructure and power distribution).
  • •Experience developing and validating power solutions for enterprise, server, infrastructure, or high-performance computing systems.
  • •Proficiency in analog and digital system design for signal processing and feedback control, plus familiarity with scripting languages such as C/C++, Assembly, Python, LabVIEW, and/or Linux programming.
