Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the single engineering leadership point of contact responsible for engineering execution across multiple programs, including technical, schedule, and financial aspects.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience.
  • •Experience in airborne electronic warfare systems design, use-case development, operational analysis, and/or integration/test and system qualification.
  • •Experience as a Lead Design Engineer, Lead Systems Engineer, Integrated Product Team Lead, Cross Product Team lead, or related engineering lead role.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. government issued security clearance (security clearance required after start).
  • •U.S. citizenship required because only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
