Key Responsibilities

  • •Function as a Service Advisor and perform parts department duties, including ordering, returns, and inventory management.
  • •Provide a high level of customer experience while working directly with clients.
  • •Use the appropriate software suite to document all customer vehicle interactions.
  • •Perform walk-around and write-up processes to assess primary concerns and plan diagnosis and repair.
  • •Invoice and collect payment, handle phones and scheduling, and follow up on repair status; support the Service Center as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician.
  • •Maintain a high knowledge level of High Voltage (HV), Low Voltage (LV), and general Electric Vehicle (EV) systems.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn Lucid proprietary DMS software.
  • •EPA 609 Certification.
  • •Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year.
