Key Responsibilities

  • •Pull, structure, and analyze adoption and usage data across accounts to identify what drives transformation impact.
  • •Build dashboards, models, and impact analyses that clearly communicate what’s working, where gaps are, and where value can be created.
  • •Codify engagement learnings into scalable playbooks, templates, and transformation methodology for repeatable execution.
  • •Translate complex analysis into crisp executive-ready communications including decks and one-pagers for senior partners and General Counsel.
  • •Coordinate cross-functionally across Legal Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success to keep workstreams aligned and on track.

Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB or equivalent) with ownership of analytically rigorous workstreams on complex client problems.
  • •Exceptional quantitative and data analysis skills, including comfort structuring messy data into clear insight.
  • •Experience building playbooks, frameworks, or repeatable methodology (not just one-off deliverables).
  • •Exposure to transformation, change management, and strategy work, ideally in or adjacent to legal, financial services, or professional services.
  • •Outstanding written and verbal communication—able to make complex topics clear for senior stakeholders.
