•Own end-to-end delivery of the AI platform for assigned credit union and community bank customers from signed contract through go-live and handoff.
•Build and maintain project schedules, work plans, and milestone trackers accounting for customer readiness, integrations, core banking dependencies, and telephony configuration.
•Serve as the primary customer point of contact during implementation, translating operational requirements into an actionable delivery plan.
•Coordinate internally (Sales Engineering, Product, Support, Customer Success) and with external vendors and partners to keep parallel workstreams on track.
•Identify risks early, lead status meetings and executive check-ins, and drive adoption through configuration, testing, and training before go-live.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.

•Experience leading large-scale, multi-phase customer implementations with competing timelines and third-party dependencies.
•Proficiency with project planning tools including Gantt charts, Kanban boards, and project management platforms.
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including running executive status meetings and documenting project plans.
