Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and validate origin planning data across systems, trackers, and Power BI reports.
  • •Update daily dashboards and visibility tools with shipment, PO, consolidation, and exception information.
  • •Identify and act on overdue items, volume deviations, SLA gaps, and shipment risks.
  • •Execute daily PO follow-up, consolidation monitoring, prioritization, and exception management while coordinating with relevant external and internal partners.
  • •Monitor 3PL SLA performance, escalate recurring issues, and document root causes and corrective actions to improve reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • •3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, analytics, planning, reporting, or process improvement.
