Systems Engineer, Air Defense

Own end-to-end technical success for the Air Defense Family of Systems, integrating emerging capabilities and leading requirements decomposition across cross-functional teams. Scope system laydown, scrutinize performance, and make tradeoffs across capability, timelines, risk, and cost to meet customer requirements. You’ll lead integration of hardware and software solutions (internal and external), identify issues between “seams,” and push deployments to ultimate outcomes in challenging operational environments.
