Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and implement quality standards across raw fiber, dehaired fiber, yarns, and finished goods.
  • •Establish and manage a testing center, including lab protocols for fiber fineness, length, color consistency, strength, pilling, and dye fastness.
  • •Analyze supply-chain stages to design preventive measures that improve final product quality.
  • •Build and lead a QA/QC team, including training and development.
  • •Collaborate with sourcing, production, and design teams, and partner with suppliers/factories to elevate quality practices and ensure compliance with international standards.

Key Requirements
