Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as legal advisor to product and engineering teams on development, launch, and operation of blockchain-enabled financial products.
  • •Provide practical legal guidance throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation and design through launch and ongoing operations.
  • •Partner with product, engineering, compliance, business development, and marketing teams to identify legal/regulatory considerations and develop scalable solutions.
  • •Advise on the structure, launch, and operation of tokenized products, protocols, and related services.
  • •Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements and advise on marketing/public communications and strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •JD degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
  • •5-8+ years of legal experience at a major law firm and/or a high-growth blockchain, fintech, or financial services company.
  • •Strong knowledge of U.S. securities laws and capital market transactions, including registered and exempt offerings and related restrictions and disclosure requirements.
  • •Significant experience advising product teams on the development, launch, and operation of financial, fintech, or blockchain-based products, plus strong commercial transaction experience (preferred).
  • •Strong knowledge of commercial transactions and financial laws, including securities, anti-money laundering, and tax; deep understanding of blockchain/tokenization is a plus.
