Advise product, engineering, and commercial teams on developing, launching, and scaling blockchain-enabled financial products. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements to support partnerships and strategic initiatives, monitor legal and enforcement developments, and build legal frameworks, templates, and trainings to enable fast, compliant execution.

•Serve as legal advisor to product and engineering teams on development, launch, and operation of blockchain-enabled financial products.
•Provide practical legal guidance throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation and design through launch and ongoing operations.
•Partner with product, engineering, compliance, business development, and marketing teams to identify legal/regulatory considerations and develop scalable solutions.
•Advise on the structure, launch, and operation of tokenized products, protocols, and related services.
•Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements and advise on marketing/public communications and strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements

•JD degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
•5-8+ years of legal experience at a major law firm and/or a high-growth blockchain, fintech, or financial services company.
•Strong knowledge of U.S. securities laws and capital market transactions, including registered and exempt offerings and related restrictions and disclosure requirements.
•Significant experience advising product teams on the development, launch, and operation of financial, fintech, or blockchain-based products, plus strong commercial transaction experience (preferred).
•Strong knowledge of commercial transactions and financial laws, including securities, anti-money laundering, and tax; deep understanding of blockchain/tokenization is a plus.
