Key Responsibilities

•Build internal agentic workflows end-to-end on OpenRouter, from prototype to production, to automate support and GTM operations.
•Integrate OpenRouter systems with company tools and replace tools where it makes sense.
•Own reliability of what you ship, including evals, guardrails, and monitoring.
•Drive measurable impact (deflect support volume, accelerate GTM motions, reduce manual toil) and prove it with data.
•Partner with support, GTM, and engineering to identify and iterate on the highest-leverage workflows to automate next.

Key Requirements

•Build internal tooling with a build-over-buy mindset, championing internal solutions over external options when they’re genuinely better.
•Work on internally-built systems to deliver the “last 20%” with reliability, edge cases, and polish.
•Have domain fluency in support or go-to-market workflows, including hands-on experience with ticketing, CRM, sales ops, or customer-facing workflows.
•Understand systems end-to-end with deep backend orientation and the ability to jump into any part of a system.
•Use a security mindset when building integrations with broad internal access, considering permissions, blast radius, and second-order effects.
