Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a trusted advisor to North American SG business teams on commercial, legal, regulatory, and compliance issues.
  • •Identify and communicate risks and legal developments to senior leadership and the Law Department to drive strategic solutions.
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts including software licensing, SaaS agreements, and integrated solution agreements.
  • •Manage and oversee outside counsel for litigation and strategic projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and outside counsel spend.
  • •Develop and deliver internal training on legal and regulatory topics while improving legal support processes and templates.

Key Requirements

  • •J.D. degree from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in the state of residence.
  • •8+ years of legal experience managing a variety of complex legal matters.

  • •Experience conducting or managing litigation, with strong prioritization, delegation, and workload-management skills.
