Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a cross-functional team to plan and execute plant projects aligned to scope, schedule, cost, resources, and quality requirements
  • •Manage the full project lifecycle (initiation, strategy, planning, execution, validation, launch, and closure) including requirements changes
  • •Lead risk management by proactively identifying risks and driving risk responses with functional teams
  • •Develop and monitor the project schedule/plan, publish PM metrics and project reports, and run PM reviews
  • •Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and coordinate supplier action tracking to remove roadblocks

  • •Lead cross-functional project planning and execution aligned to scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements

  • •Ensure PROLaunch standard program management processes are used, including Activity Matrix deliverables and Gate Review leadership
  • •Provide financial acumen to complete required capital appropriation requests for the project in alignment with Finance
