Key Responsibilities

•Own content strategy and editorial roadmap across jerry.ai and external platforms, including organic traffic and conversion targets.
•Design and operate an AI-native brief-to-publish workflow (AI draft, human edit, QA, publish) and manage prompt libraries and QA gates.
•Build SEO and AEO content structures (answer capsules, question-based headings, FAQ schema, entity optimization) and track citation presence across search/AI engines.
•Set and enforce E-E-A-T and YMYL compliance using sourcing discipline, editorial review processes, and transparent credentials.
•Maintain a scaled editorial system with quality-drift metrics and clear policy on where AI handles work vs. where humans stay in the loop.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years in content and editorial roles, including 3+ years leading an SEO-driven content program for a consumer, fintech, insurtech, or marketplace brand.
•Proven organic growth impact (e.g., sessions growth, publish volume scaling, and topic cluster development) with dashboard evidence.
•Hands-on command of LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) plus SEO/content tools such as Sitefire, Surfer, Clearscope, MarketMuse, or Frase.
•Fluency in GSC, Semrush or Ahrefs, and GA4—comfortable owning traffic targets, not just reporting.
•Experience managing at least one writer and/or a freelance bench while continuing to produce content personally.
