Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate ASAP and related data to identify trends, changes in operational risk, and actions to enhance safety culture.
  • •Support flight SMS by continually evaluating data for operational risk based on ASAP information.
  • •Prepare reports and presentations and participate in AA’s Safety Management System (SMS) and ERC process.
  • •Collaborate with operational leaders, SMEs, supporting departments, other ASAP teams, FAA, and labor union members for information sharing and corrective actions.
  • •Support ASAP confidentiality by processing reports for accurate data input; document ERC meeting minutes, attendance, and action items.
