Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end commercial underwriting by underwriting, structuring, and documenting prospect and client transactions, including increasingly complex deals.
  • •Manage assigned portfolios by monitoring performance and trends, defining credit solutions, maintaining risk rating integrity, and completing annual reviews.
  • •Support client growth through consistent direct client calling and applying credit policy, pricing, and structure to meet client needs and risk criteria.
  • •Provide subject matter expertise in corporate/commercial banking solutions, articulating industry trends and implications for clients.
  • •Manage deal teams by using assigned associates and analysts, mentoring and coaching junior talent, and participating in leadership activities beyond day-to-day portfolio responsibilities.
