Job Summary

Provide entry-level managed services for clients by monitoring infrastructure and resolving incidents and requests. Identify errors, investigate first-line issues, and follow approved SOPs for request fulfillment. Perform maintenance such as patching and configuration changes, support shift handovers, and contribute to optimization through automation opportunities and process improvements. Escalate when needed and update/share knowledge to continuously improve service quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide managed services to keep clients’ IT infrastructure and systems operational by identifying, investigating, and resolving incidents and problems.
•Monitor client infrastructure and solutions, and investigate root causes of first-line incidents.
•Fulfill requests using telephonic, ITSM ticket, or chat support, following approved procedures.
•Execute maintenance activities such as patching and configuration changes and ensure smooth shift handovers.
•Escalate incidents/requests when necessary, and support optimization through automation and process improvements.

Key Requirements

•Basic understanding of networking/security technologies including Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Juniper Virtual, Palo Alto, Fortinet Firewalls, Cisco Nexus switches, ASr/ISr routers, Cisco ACS, ISE, and Meraki switches.
•Knowledge of common routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
•Handle tickets day-to-day in a disciplined way, acting promptly according to defined SOPs.
•Resolve as many tickets as possible using knowledge articles and available SOPs.
•Use ITSM tools and ITSM processes effectively; hold a bachelor’s degree in information technology/computing or equivalent experience.
