Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and assist with the design, architecture, implementation, security, and support of a multi-site network communication environment.
  • •Manage and implement network projects, including planning changes in and out of core hours.
  • •Develop and refine requirements for upgrading production, corporate, and non-production network devices.
  • •Troubleshoot network communications issues and provide in-depth technical assistance for operational problems.
  • •Identify service improvement activities to optimize network performance, efficiency, and capacity; perform hardware baseline checks and share knowledge with peers.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of overall IT experience in networking (LAN/WAN), firewalls, security and encryption, and load balancing.
  • •Experience with TCP/IP protocol communications.
  • •Broad knowledge of Cisco’s product portfolio.
  • •Knowledge of network diagnostics and technologies including BGP, SNMP, VPN, SSH, and MPLS.
  • •Work in a heavily regulated environment with DSS/PCI compliance, and hold a current CCNP certification or equivalent experience.
