Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a trusted finance and strategic advisor to senior management on portfolio construction and financial performance.
  • •Use advanced data analytics to support decision-making and enhance value creation across the investment platform.
  • •Lead transaction support across the deal lifecycle, including financial due diligence, financial analysis, risk assessment, modeling, and valuation.
  • •Develop and apply cost of capital frameworks (including Monte Carlo analysis) and challenge business case assumptions ahead of Investment Committee review.
  • •Provide corporate finance and financing guidance, including capital structure optimization, debt financing, risk mitigation/hedging considerations, and business planning for portfolio performance.

Key Requirements

  • •16-18 years of experience with a strong track record in front-office transaction execution and commercial finance.
  • •Expertise in deal planning and execution, including financial due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and structuring financing solutions.
  • •Experience partnering with investment teams on complex global transactions as a strategic finance advisor across the investment lifecycle.
  • •Hands-on deal execution experience gained within investment banking, private equity, sovereign wealth funds, or investment platform environments.
  • •Sector-agnostic experience; Real Estate and/or Infrastructure transaction experience is highly desirable.
