Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of designers and internal and outsourced design and development partners to deliver holistic, high-quality UX solutions for moderate to complex projects, products, and services.
•Design user experience solutions for products and service lines based on established design principles and in accordance with design strategy, practices, and guidelines.
•Drive and expand relationships with internal and outsourced partners on user experience design and development.
•Collaborate with Product Marketing, R&D, quality, and support teams to gather insights and derive solutions that improve the overall experience.
•Test and gather user experience data, analyze results, and report findings to design stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•6-8 years of experience in product design with end-to-end delivery from ideation to implementation.
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, UI Design, or equivalent.
•Must have end-to-end product design/delivery experience, from ideation to concept creation to implementation.
•Ability to lead and mentor a design team and manage internal and outsourced partners.
•Experience designing web and mobile solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
