Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver customer service and relationship management by providing proactive support and recommendations for system enhancements and upgrades.
  • •Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance; diagnose and resolve system faults; support customers during service calls with timely technical resolution.
  • •Lead and coordinate engineers, technicians, vendors, and other resources to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality service and maintenance work.
  • •Manage service-related projects including system alterations, additions, retrofit works, and supervise installations and commissioning for service projects and work orders.
  • •Identify and develop new sales opportunities during project and service engagements; support quotations and provide technical input and maintenance recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree or diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience in Building Automation systems.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), plus Enterprise Buildings Integrator (EBI) and Honeywell Security Solutions.
  • •Strong troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis capabilities, including understanding of server-class hardware, virtual machines, and computer networking.
  • •Ability to lead and manage field service teams and work effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines.
  • •Willingness to travel to customer sites as required; proficiency in the local language is an advantage (valid driving license desirable).
