Job Summary

Provide technical expertise and hands-on instruction for flooring systems, developing and supporting programs for target market segments. Deliver product presentations and trainings for contractors and other stakeholders, prepare samples and exhibition materials, and offer technical support in the field with reporting to relevant parties. Maintain customer and investor relationships through daily communication, update product technical documentation, support complaint resolution, and prepare promotional materials and participation in industry events.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop programs for flooring systems (including target market flooring and sealing/adhesion programs) aligned with customer and market requirements.
•Deliver practical product presentations and promote solutions to target groups and internally; prepare sales samples and demonstration surfaces.
•Plan and run trainings for contractors according to corporate and local guidelines; organize and conduct internal and event presentations for key stakeholders.
•Provide technical support to contractors and stakeholders in the field, including preparing relevant reports.
•Maintain daily communication with existing customers and investors, build business relationships, update product technical documentation and customer databases, and participate in complaint resolution.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•At least completed secondary vocational education, preferably a technical track.
•5+ years of relevant experience working with target groups.
•Strong independence in day-to-day work.
•Excellent organizational skills, proactive approach, and accountability.
•Fluency in English (spoken and written) and MS Office proficiency.
