Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop programs for flooring systems (including target market flooring and sealing/adhesion programs) aligned with customer and market requirements.
  • •Deliver practical product presentations and promote solutions to target groups and internally; prepare sales samples and demonstration surfaces.
  • •Plan and run trainings for contractors according to corporate and local guidelines; organize and conduct internal and event presentations for key stakeholders.
  • •Provide technical support to contractors and stakeholders in the field, including preparing relevant reports.
  • •Maintain daily communication with existing customers and investors, build business relationships, update product technical documentation and customer databases, and participate in complaint resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •At least completed secondary vocational education, preferably a technical track.
  • •5+ years of relevant experience working with target groups.
  • •Strong independence in day-to-day work.
  • •Excellent organizational skills, proactive approach, and accountability.
  • •Fluency in English (spoken and written) and MS Office proficiency.
