Key Responsibilities

•Workstream Management: Manage the full lifecycle of selected streams from design through stabilization.
•Cross-module Integration: Ensure end-to-end process integrity across streams and adjacent areas.
•Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business owners and align plans with PMO strategy.
•Governance & Reporting: Prepare PMO reports, monitor statuses, budgets, and risks.
•Resource Orchestration: Manage internal experts and external consultants within a matrix organization.

Key Requirements

•SAP Expertise: Minimum 5 years in IT/ERP projects, with 3+ years in PM for SAP S/4HANA implementation.
•Methodology: Deep knowledge of SAP Activate or hybrid (Waterfall for core, Agile for Fiori/Analytics); familiarity with SAFe, LeSS, SaS is a plus.
•Integration Skills: Experience managing complex integration projects across modules and external systems.
•Education & Certifications: PMP or SAP Certified Associate Project Manager is advantageous; Bachelor's or Master's in Business Admin, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
•Tools: MS Project or similar, Jira, Confluence at a professional level.
