Own pre-sales solutioning for Freshservice’s SMBC Sales Support team by leading discovery, scoping, and architecting tailored customer solutions. Deliver technical demonstrations and POCs, address objections, and provide RFP/RFI responses and solution documentation. Bring AI/LLM capabilities to life using Freddy AI Copilot, Freddy AI Agent, and Agent Studio (or similar tools), mapping use cases to outcomes like ticket deflection, resolution time, and productivity. Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation to accelerate deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage SMB and mid-market customers to understand business and technical challenges, running discovery sessions and delivering tailored product demonstrations and POCs.
•Architect and scope complex engagements, addressing technical objections and ensuring alignment with customer needs.
•Position Freddy AI Copilot, Freddy AI Agent, and Agent Studio by tying AI capabilities to concrete outcomes such as ticket deflection, resolution time, and agent productivity.
•Build and configure AI agents and automated workflows in Agent Studio (or comparable tools) to demonstrate use cases in demos and POCs.
•Create technical documentation including solution proposals, SoWs, and RFP/RFI responses, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to accelerate deal closures.

Key Requirements

•5–8 years of experience in pre-sales/solution engineering, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
•Strong background in SaaS, cloud technologies, APIs, and enterprise software environments.
•Proven experience designing and delivering technical demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (POCs).
•Familiarity with ITSM products and the market.
•Solid conceptual understanding of AI/LLM concepts (prompting, RAG, agentic workflows) with hands-on experience configuring or building AI agents/copilots (e.g., Agent Studio) strongly preferred.
