Job Summary

Manage EV charging infrastructure across Saudi Arabia, covering home AC and public DC flash charging within the Charge2Moov network. Serve as the technical accountable point between contractors, internal aftersales/commercial teams, and KSA regulatory bodies. Resolve charger issues across sites, perform diagnostics, upgrades, and maintenance to meet SLA targets, coordinate installations, and produce detailed reporting, dashboards, and escalation documentation to support network uptime and scale-out.

Key Responsibilities

•Resolve customer complaints on AC home chargers and DC public chargers across assigned Saudi sites.
•Perform on-site diagnostics, fault rectification, and corrective maintenance to restore charger uptime within SLA windows.
•Execute software upgrades, firmware patches, and configuration management activities on AC charger hardware.
•Supervise AC and DC charger installations with SE-certified contractors, ensuring electrical safety and regulatory compliance and reviewing workmanship.
•Prepare technical reports, site survey documents, maintenance logs, dashboards, and escalation documentation for the Senior Manager – EV Charging.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Power Systems, or a closely related technical discipline.
•3–6 years of progressive field experience in EV charging systems, electrical infrastructure, or power distribution.
•Hands-on experience with AC (Type 2) and DC fast-charger hardware from OEMs such as Siemens, Wallbox, ABB, or equivalent.
•Working knowledge of Saudi Energy utility interface requirements, SASO product standards, and MOMRAH EV mandates.
•Valid KSA driving licence and willingness to work field-based across the Kingdom.
