Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver marketplace onboarding and continuous improvement for new and existing customers using Smartcat Marketplace.
  • •Ensure 100% SLA compliance for quality and on-time delivery by monitoring progress and intervening when needed.
  • •Set up and automate workflow steps including freelancer assignment, vendor management, and workspace settings.
  • •Manage supplier and resource performance by monitoring capacity, specialization, and matching project requirements (including AI-assisted supplier selection).
  • •Oversee quality and delivery by configuring language assets, coordinating reviews/quality checks, and handling issue escalation.
  • •Define success criteria and workflows for proof-of-concept (POC) projects and support smooth execution.
  • •Collaborate with CX, Product, Engineering, and Account teams; submit bug reports, workflow insights, and influence product roadmap priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in project management, vendor management, supply chain management, or operations.
  • •Proven ability to scope projects, allocate resources, manage risk, and track delivery performance.
  • •Good understanding of technical concepts related to translation technologies and the ability to leverage AI tools to streamline processes.
  • •Proven ability to deliver support, training, and adoption initiatives.
  • •Fluent English; additional languages desirable. (PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.)
