Support the Broking team by analyzing, implementing, and managing insurance programs for an assigned client portfolio. You will develop and drive project work tied to insurance program performance and revenues, partnering closely with national and international companies. The role includes consulting clients on risk intermediation issues for expatriate employees and coordinating daily with clients, specialized insurers, and internal colleagues for integrated account management.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage projects to develop insurance programs for an assigned client portfolio and related revenues.
•Handle client management and relationship activities for the reference portfolio.
•Provide consulting and assistance to identify, analyze, and assess risk intermediation issues for clients’ expatriate employees.
•Interact daily with clients and specialized insurance companies for integrated client management.
•Coordinate with internal colleagues to support integrated account handling.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 29,000 - 40,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Preferred prior experience in the role.
•Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
•Fluent English spoken and written.
•Problem-solving ability and goal orientation.
•Data analysis and processing skills with attention to detail, plus strong interpersonal and organizational skills (team working, communication).
