Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and analyze payroll and related compensation for APAC, working with internal and external stakeholders and outsourced payroll vendors.
  • •Support the global equities team with local filing and reporting needs across APAC.
  • •Manage and resolve employee inquiries related to payroll matters and establish payroll-related procedures and policies across APAC and US headquarters.
  • •Perform month-end closing and financial analysis, reviewing general ledger, P&L, and balance sheet according to US GAAP and/or local GAAP; support consolidation as needed.
  • •Handle corporate payments tasks (payment requests, invoice settlements, expense reimbursements) and participate in finance transformation projects and ad hoc assignments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent.
  • •5–8 years of experience in payroll operations/Finance/Accounting, with prior supervisory or senior experience in a multinational environment.
  • •Prior experience in payroll-related scope.
  • •High level written and spoken English; Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) preferred.
  • •Excellent computer and accounting software skills, especially Excel; experience with Business Central ERP is advantageous.
