Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •10–12+ years of experience in fraud prevention, cybersecurity, risk management, payments, or financial services.
  • •Experience in the real-time payments (RTP) ecosystem, including transaction fraud controls and risk solution deployment.
  • •Strong understanding of the retail fraud landscape affecting financial institutions across multiple payment types.
  • •Knowledge of security frameworks/standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST, plus cybersecurity controls (e.g., SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection).
