Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply continuous improvement methods such as lean manufacturing to enhance quality, reliability, or cost-effectiveness.
  • •Support Eaton Safety (MESH) and quality standards, including gage R&R, capability studies, 8D, and root cause & corrective action for failure analysis.
  • •Identify and implement process changes to improve products or reduce costs using knowledge of fabrication, tooling, production equipment, assembly, and quality control.
  • •Review and calculate labor, material, and production costs and analyze schedules and future production requirements to assist management.
  • •Analyze plant workflow, equipment placement, and space requirements; document manufacturing processes and generate Engineering Change Notices for new product launches and product quality improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 - 126,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • •Minimum three (3) years of experience in manufacturing with a focus on manufacturing engineering
  • •No relocation offered; only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Worcester, MA will be considered
  • •Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area
