Sr. Project Developer

Support turnkey design-build solutions and energy savings contracting projects for an ESCO, from acquisition through project transition. Partner with internal teams, customers, and energy engineers to develop scope, cost estimates, permitting/bonding inputs, and proposal support. Develop HVAC systems and solutions using Trane equipment and controls, manage design from conceptual plans through construction documents, and continually improve design-build and energy performance contracting processes.
