Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding customer service using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model
  • •Contribute to an enjoyable team environment by sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns
  • •Assist across store departments including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management
  • •Support daily retail operations including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, and loyalty program promotion
  • •Follow asset protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance; maintain cleanliness and recovery standards

Key Requirements

  • •Be 18 years or older
  • •Possess at least SPM / O Level or above
  • •Have 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail
  • •Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
  • •Able to work rotational shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
